Common Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor

Function: Measures fuel pressure in the common rail.

Location: Integral part of the common rail assembly, located at the flywheel end of the common rail.

Signal: Analogue. Voltage proportional to fuel pressure.

Removal and Replacement Guide:

IMPORTANT !
The fuel pressure sensor is a non-serviceable item and is an integral
part of the fuel injection common rail assembly.
DO NOT attempt to remove the fuel pressure sensor from the common rail.
If the sensor is faulty the complete common rail assembly must be renewed.
For the correct removal and replacement procedures see the engine Service Manual.
