6.4.1 Disassembly
- Undo the screws A and remove the guard B.
- Loosen the stud C and the screw D.
- Rimuovere la cinghia F.
- Perform the operations described in Par. 6.5.

6.4.2 Assembly
Important
- The belts must always be replaced every time they are assembled, even if they have not reached the scheduled hours for replacement.
- Insert the new belt F on the pulleys G.

- Push the alternator E in the direction of the arrow H, tighten screw D and then stud C (tightening torque 40 Nm).
- Check the tension of the belt F with the instrument (Clavis), positioning it in point P (the tension must be between 392 N).
- Fasten the protection B with the scres A (tightening torque 5 Nm)
